1)-Use your dive buddy’s alternate air source (octopus).

If you’re prone to seasickness, a few simple steps can help you feel more comfortable:

1)-Take non-drowsy motion sickness medication before diving.

2)-Stay hydrated and avoid greasy foods before the trip.

What should I do if I feel uncomfortable during the dive?

   If you’re feeling uncomfortable underwater, don’t panic. Follow these steps:
